AFRICAN DOCK STRIKE.
PREVENTION OF EXPORTS.

CAPETOWN. Dec. 17.
In accordance with a resolution adopted by the Traderr, Federation, the dock labourers, mostly coloured natives, struck against the handling of foodstuffs for shipment overseas. Increased wages are also demanded, and work is at a standstill.
