Gerard, former Ambassador to Germany, has declared he will not seek nomination by the Democrats if Mr. Wilson Stands for a third/ term, but few people expect Mr. Wilson's health will allow him to continue in. politics. The general impression is that he fir ill never resume the strenuous life.
