—: m a —__ PICKED UP UNCONSCIOUS. DEATH FOLLOWS IN HOSPITAL [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.J CHEISTCHUECH. Thureday. A young man, named Richard Joseph Barrett, the eldest son of Mr. J. S. Barrett, solicitor, was found on Tuesday evening lying unconscious beside his motor-oycle on the Riccarton Road. He was removed to the hospital, and died yesterday afternoon. The deceased was 19 years of age. It is believed his motor-cycle skidded. He was a student of the Canterbury Agricultural College. Lincoln, and was educated at St. Bede's Collegiate School.
