SAMOAN CONSTABULARY.
. APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS.
Major J. C. Hill, who was a member of the New Zealand Expeditionary Fore , and served as provost marshal ::i the Dominion after being severe wounded on active service, has been appointed to take charge of the Samoan Constabulary, wihich is being established to replace tie Samoan Relief For^e.
Captain George I'roctor, formerly of Botorua, has been appointed inspector. Lieutenant Watson and Detectrre Boddam have been appointed sub-inspectors. These officers will leave for ' Samoa shortly with General Sir A. Robin, who will temporarily relieve the Administrator, Colonel R. W. Tate. ' , -.- .
