The Prince of Wales, while re- j viewing British war veterans, recognised the uniform of Lieutenant Ross Luggan, of the New Zealand Field Artillery- He' spoke to the lieutenant, who asked the Prince when the latter would visit New Zealand. The Prince answered: "Just as soon as I can."
