POSTAL SERVICE BONUS.
STATEMENT BY MR. MASSEY. A COMPLICATED QUESTION. [DY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION'.] CROMWELL, Thursday. The Prime Minister stated to-day that the position of the much-discussed bonus to postal officials was more complicated than it was possible for anyone not directly connected with it to understand. He was willing to refer the whole question to the Chief Justice or any other well-known man to inquire into, and would abide by his decision.
