A fire broke out about half-past eight o'clock to-night in a stable belonging to I Mr. Malcolm Stevenson, contractor, situated at Anderson's Bay Road, resulting in I the destruction of nine horses, and also j the loss of harness and considerable damage to the plant. The origin of the fire is a mvstery. The horses, plant, and were insured with the Atlas office.
