UNREST DISAPPEARING.
MR. MASSEY OPTIMISTIC. [BY TELEGRAPH.— ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHURCH. Tuesday. In the course of his remarks to a deputation to-day, the Prime Minister Mr. W. F. Massey, said the little unrest there was a few months ago was rapidly disappearing and if the present spirit of the people continued there would be little difficulty in meeting the country's liabilities and maintaining its prosperity.
