[BY TKtEGEAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.! NAPIER, Wednesday. In the Supreme Court to-day, Richard Dann was found not guilty of causing actual bodily harm to a child struck by a motor-car driven by the accused. After the verdict, Sir Robert Stout remarked to the Crown Prosecutor : "I suppose you had better not bring any more J cases for negligence in Napier."
