CONFISCATION IN ITALY. The Rome newspaper Tribuna points out that by a recent decision of the conference Italy will be entitled to confiscate , private as well as public property of ene- . mies in Italy as compensation for damages , sustained. Consequently the German and , Austrian Embassies in the Palazzo Ve- . nezia and Palazzo Caffarelli, the Villa , Valconieri at Frascati, the Villa d'Estn j at Tivoli, and similar properties will bej come Italian, and the non-Catholic ceme- , tery here, where our countrymen lie, will , cease to be controlled by Germany.
