SHORTAGE OF LABOUR.
IMMIGRATION SCHEME URGED. [BY TZLEGBATH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, Monday. The Wellington Industrial Association to-night considered the question of. the shortage of labour, and decided to advocate a general immigration scheme, in order to relieve the situation.
