ATTACK WELL TIMED. EXPECTATIONS UNFULFILLED. A. and K.Z. LONDON, Aug. 17. CHOLERA ON FRONTIER. REASSURING REPORT. A. and N.Z. LONDON, Aug. 17. The Viceroy of India states that the report that cholera is causing heavy mortality on the North-west Frontier is exaggerated.
