PROPERTy SALES, UNIVERSITY BUILDINGS SOLD. The old buildings recently vaoated by the University College situated at tho corner of Eden and Parliament Streets, were offered for sale by suction for romoval yesterday by Samuel Vaile and Sons, Ltd., under instructions from the Auckland City Council. Tho buildings were offered in four lots, and realised a total of £575. The biddinc was brisk. A block of four cottages in George Street, Pamell, was »ho so'd for' £l2os, and two sections, each 52ft by 150 ft, fronting Edondalo Road, realised 83s 6d a foot.
