Tho Polish Government decreed the election of a National Assembly on January 26, including representatives of the eastern provinces of Prussia. Ignaco Paderewski, the famous Polish pianist, who has devoted the last four years to working for tho liberation of Poland, has gone to Poland on board a British battleship to rally the people against the Bolsheviks.
