EX-TSARINA AND SON SAFE. A. and Renter. LONDON, July 21. A Russian official wireless message says that the ex-Tsarina and her son have now been sent to a place of security. The Central Executive Committee is in possession of important documents concerning the ex-Tsar's affairs, including his and the ex-Tsarina's diaries. His correspondence, including Rasputin's letters to the ex-Tsar and family, will all be published shortly.
