The Kaiser telegraphed to General Hindenburg, declaring the peace with Roumania filled him with pride and joy, and ordering a commemoration of the battle of Tannenberg, which saved East Prussia. BUCHAREST May M. The Roumanian Government, in a, proclamation, announces the conclusion of
peace, and states that the country reenters a state of neutrality, and can now get to work removing the scars of war by consolidating the internal position.
