HELP FOR ESTHONIA.
APPEAL TO THE KAISER. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 1.30 a.m.) AMSTERDAM. Feb. 22. The Kaiser has received a telegram from tho Senate of tho German State of Lubeck, on the Baltic, asking for assistance to bo sent to the peoplo of Esthonia. Tho Kaiser replied:— The words of the Senate aro ro-echoed profoundly in my heart. Tho desperate cry for help will not go unanswered. Rigorous measures will | bo taken against the gangs of marauders i to end the situation of complete anarchy."
