The Finnish Government has escaped to Tammerfors, where a great Government army is concentrated under General Mannerheim. The Swedish Government has closed the frontier to prevent the transport of arms. A Finnish delegation has arrived in Sweden seeking military help against the Red Guards. AMSTERDAM. Jan. 30. The White Guards defeated the Russian soldiers in the north, but the Red Guards are masters of South Finland. Times. AMSTERDAM, Jan. 30. It is reported from Finland that the Revolutionaries have over thrown the Senate, arrested senators, and occupied the Government Departments. The Guards Corps, remaining faithful to the Government, refused to down arms. A sanguinary struggle, which is expected" to become general, is spreading throughout the country,,
