MINISTERS' MOVEMENTS.

SIR J. WARD IN AUCKLAND. Sir Joseph Ward, Minister for Finance and Postmaster-General, arrived in Auckland from Wellington yesterday morning, accompanied by his private secretary, Mr. H. 0. Browne. During the forenoon.the Minister received a largo number of callers at hi; rooms at the Grand Hotel, amongst them being the Mayor, who conferred with Sir Joseph regarding several municipal matters. In the afternoon Sir Joseph opened the new rooms of the Dominion College of Radio-Telegraphy. Sir Joseph will leave this evening for Kawhia, where he is due to arrive at one o'clock to-mor-row. He will return to Wellington by Sunday night's train. The Hon. Arthur M. Myers, Minister for Customs and Munitions and Supplies, attended to various Departmental matters yesterday. He left for Wellington by last evening's express.
