Sir Leo Chiozza Money, Parliamentary Sectary to the Board of Shipping Control, states that the ocean convoy system for ships has proved satisfactory. Fourteen million gross tons had been convoyed up to January 19, the loss being equivalent to 1.44 per cent. •-
