The Stockholm correspondent of the Daily Chronicle states that civil war is in progress in Finland. The Red Guards organised a revolution, overthrew the existing Government and the Diet, and established a proletariat dictator, with the assistance of the Bolshevik Government. A great fight is proceeding in Viborg, with much bloodshed' The Red Guards occupied the railway station at Helsingfors, and cut the telegraph cables. All foreign Consuls have left the town.
