CONCENTRATION SUGGESTION. [BY TELEGRAPH.— raESS association.] WELLINGTON. Wednesday. The Minister for Internal Affairs, the Hon. G. W. Russell, stated at a meeting of the Board of Science and Art to-day, that the Imperial Government was not at present allowing war trophies to bo sent to tho Dominion.
