PENSIONS FOR SAILORS.
A SCHEME APPROVED. [BY TELEGRAPH.— CORRESPONDENT.] WELLINGTON. Wednesday. The Government has approved a scheme of pensions for sailors on New Zealand ships who may be injured or killed, while at sea, by the act of tho enemy. It is understood that the scheme will apply to the cases of seamen on ships which are lost outside of the submarine or mine zones. l . ■'■•■
