The only possible course is a relentless struggle with the Rada until the Ukrainian Soviets are completely victorious. The papers state that the Ukrainians and Bolsheviks are both mobilising. A general engagement is expected within" a few days near Kieff. LONDON. Jan. 28. Vienna telegrams report that heavy fighting has been proceeding for several days between the Ukrainian and Bolshevik troops at Lutsk, which the Ukrainians are endeavouring to capture. The Austrian commander of the troops in the district refused a request from the Bolsheviks for assistance, (Received 8.15 p.m.) STOCKHOLM, Jan. 28. Telegraphic communication with Petrograd has been interrupted since Sunday morning. It is reported that the Bed Guards have cut the linos. The whole of Finland is telegraphically isolated.
