AUCKLAND SUPREME COURT.

DATES OF SITTINGS. The dates of sittings of tho Supreme Court in the judicial districts in the Auckland Province, and sittings of the Court of Appeal, for the present year, are now available. They are as follow:— Northern judicial district, at the Supreme Court, Auckland—Civil actions: Monday, February 11; Monday, May 13; Monday, August "5; Monday, November 4. Criminal cases : Monday, February 4; Monday, May 20; Monday, August 12; Monday, November 11. The hearing of divorce suits will be held in conjunction with tho. civil sessions. Sittings of the Court in Banco will be held ■ every Wednesday, commencing at 10.30 a.m., and sittings in Chambers on Tuesdays and Fridays, commencing at 10.30 a.m., at the Supreme Courthouse, Auckland, except during the vacations, or in the absence of a Judge, and unless the Judge is engaged in other business. The Easter vacation is from Thursday, March 28, to Saturday, April 6, inclusive. The Court holidays have been fixed as follows:—March 17, April 23, May 6, May 21, June 3, June 23, November 3, and Dominion Day, Labour Day, and Anniversary Day. Hamilton judicial district, at the Supreme Courthouse, Hamilton, for the trial of criminal and civil cases:—Tuesday, March 5; Tuesday, June 11; Tuesday, September 3; Tuesday, December 10. Sittings of tho Court of Appeal will be held at''Wellington on Monday, April 8; Monday, June 24; and Monday, September 23.
