OPEN STATEMENT URGED. INDIFFERENCE DENOUNCED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 8.55 p.m.) NEW YORE, Jan. 27. Advices from Tokio state that Mr. Yukio Ozaki, former Minister for Justice, speaking in the Diet, denounced the Administration headed by Count Terauchi, and lamented its indifference to the war. . He urged that, Japan- should state her war aims, and asked why British and American warships were at Vladivostok when Japan had agreed to protect allied interests in the Pacific.
