PLANS TO CRIPPLE AMERICA CAMPAIGN AGAINST TRANSPORTS INCREASING UNREST IN AUSTRIA MEETINGS IN GERMANY STOPPED Serious fighting has occurred between Siberian divisions and Roumanians, in the vicinity of Galatz, on the Danube.
