A PUKETERAKI CANDIDATE. [by telegraph.—press association] DUNEDIN. Monday. It is announced that Mr. J. M. Ellison, of Puketeraki, will contest the Southern Maori seat. MR. W. URU TO STAND. [by telegraph.—press association.] CHRISTCHURCH, Monday. , It is stated that Mr. W. Uru, well known in Canterbury, and at present reside ing in Auckland, will content the Southern Maori seat.
