BRITISH MAKE DEMONSTRATION NORTH OF SALONIKA.
Australian and N.Z. and Reuter. (Reed. 8 p.m.) LONDON, Oot. 15. A French eastern communique states: A successful raid was made i by British troops at Hamondos, west of Seres, on the Salonika front. A British official message from Salonika says: Scottish troops carried out a successful raid at Hamondos. Our casualties were light. Our aeroplanes bombed an ammunition dump and a train at Cestovo, on the Doiran front.
