CHINA SEIZING ENEMY SHIPS IN HER HARBOURS.
Australian and N Z. (Received 11.30 p.m.) SHANGHAI, August 15. China has taken over three more Austrian merchantmen in her harbours. There were no disturbances, and the vessels were not damaged. Up to now 18,000 tons of Austrian and German shipping have been seized.
