ITALY EXPLAINS HER ACTION IN EPIRUS.
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, Juno 14. In the House of Commons Lord Robert Cecil, Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, stated that Italy had given Greece an assurance that • the occupation of the towns of Northern Epirus had for their exclusive object the securing of the safety of the Italian army at Valona, He felt sure that Italy had no intention of disregarding its undertakings in the matter.
