GERMANS DEPORTING THOUSANDS OF INHABITANTS. Australian and N.Z. Cable. (Received 11 D.m.) * LONDON, Jan. 10. Advices have been received that a reign of terror exists in Bucharest and other Roumanian towns. The Germans are deporting thousands of the inhabitants. Bout«i. LONDON. Jan. 10. The Petrograd correspondent of the London Times states that Germany has requested the American and Dutch Ministers, who remained in Bucharest to safeguard foreign capital, to leave Roumania.
