QUOTA LEAVES RQTORUA. [BT TELEGRAPH, OW.Y CORRESPONDENT.] ROTORUA, Wednesday. Forttxive men, the quota, of No. 17, Bay of Plenty, district for the twentyfifth reinforcement, left Rotorua on Tuesday morning by the express en route for Trentham, and were accorded a hearty send-off by a large gathering. Mr. W. Hill, resident officer, gave a short address, ar.d the Town Band played selections on the railway platform. This district has filled its quota for the twenty-fifth and twenty-sixth reinforcements without having recourse to the ballot, and the Minister for Defence, in a telegram to the resident officer, expressed his congratulations on the fact.
