Australian and N.Z. Cable. (Received 11.20 p.m.) PETROGRAD, Jan. 9. General Trepoff, who recently assumed the Premiership, has resigned. He is succeeded by Prince Golitzini. Count Ignatieff, Minister for Education, has also resigned. XI. Kaltchiek succeeds him.
