GERMANS CLAIM CAPTURE OF GRAIN AT BRAILA.
DESTRUCTION OF FACTORIES BEFORE EVACUATION. Reuter. (Received 11.20 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, Jan. 9. Gorman correspondents claim that 300 waggon loads of grain were captured at Braila. They confirm the destruction of the factories at Braila, but state that most of the population remain.
