' Mr. Joseph Thomas Sutcliffe, East Tamaki, has been appointed Ranger for the district, and is authorised to impound all • cattle, horses, etc.. straying or grazing on the reserves or public roads of the district without authority from the Road Board, or take proceedings against the Owners of an.' cattle or horses out on the reserves or public roads after sunset or before sunrise. He . has also. been appointed Dog Registrar for the district, and everyone having dogs must obtain Dog Collars from him,, and Register all their Dogs on or before January 27, 1917. The Collars can be obtained from him at his house, and he will also attend at the East Tamaki Public Hall every Saturday between 2 and 4 p.m. to register, and give collars on payment of the fees. .
