YESTERDAY'S ENLISTMENTS.
TWELVE MORE OFFER.
ONLY FIVE ACCEPTED.
Twelve recruits enrolled at the city re- j cruiting station yesterday, and of that number five were accepted, five were deferred, and two were rejected as unfit for active service. Nine recruits who were deferred at the first examination were accepted yesterday. The Auckland CityBand played a number of selections outside the recruiting station last evening.
