DEFAULTING TERRITORIALS.
FINES IMPOSED AT PAHIATUA
[BY TELEGRAPH. PRESS ASSOCIATION.] PAHIATUA. Wednesday. The magistrate, Mr. Hewitt, to-day imposed substantial penalties on defaulting territorials. Two Civil servants who never attended drill were fined £5 and £,3 respectively. A farm labourer, who previously had been convicted, was fined £2.
