DELEGATES ON TOUR. Times. LONDON." August 11. At a meeting of the Irish National League it was decided to send delegates to Australia and America on a " No Partition" propaganda, and to raise funds to defray the expense of contesting seats in the I House of Commons against the Nationalists.
