Present indications are for decreasing southerly to south-easterly winds, giving place shortly to freshening north-easterlies generally. Brief improvement may be expected in many parts, but further unsettled and wet weather will probably follow. Barometer will have a rising tendency for a few hours ;n the North, but will fall again everywhere soon.
