FEAR BALTIC INVASION.

The Germans fear that the British will break into the Baltic. Most of the enemy's warships are still under repair as the result of the Jutland battle.
German newspapers are not allowed to publish obituaries of sailors unless they belonged to vessels officially admitted lost.
