ATTACK UPON AUSTRO-BULGARIAN GARRISONS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. ATHENS. August 3. Twenty thousand Albanians revolted at El Bassan, Tirana, and Durazzo. They burned the barracks and attacked the Austro-Bul-garian garrisons.
