VON PAPEN'S METHODS.

New York, April 13.

Four employee;, of the HamburgAmerica and the North German Lloyd Shipping Companies have been arrested ai\' < '■• .rged with being implicated in intensive plots to destroy steamers belonging to the allies by means of bombs.

It has been discovered that Captain von Papen, formerly military attache to the German Embassy in Washington, left a large s.uni of money behind him to continue the work of destroying munition plants throughout the United States.
