CONSULTING DOMINIONS.

In the House of Commons, the Prime Minister, Mr. H. H. Asquith, announced that Cabinet had appointed a committee to deal wjth after-war reconstruction generally, including trade. Sub-committees were dealing with particular aspects of the subject, and a most important sub-committee is now in communication with the Dominions.
