BATTLESHIP FOR BRITAIN. (Received October 11. 8.40 p.m.) Bombay, October 11. The Rajah of Ratlam, a native State in Central India, who is fighting in France, is appealing to Indian noblemen and merchants to present Great Britain with a Dreadnought.
