NEWMARKET RAILWAY CLUB. ' The annual meeting of ' the Newmarket Railway Cricket Club was held in the library on September 24, Mr. T. Elliott presiding. The Minna! report and balance-sheet showing & credit balance of 13s lid was read and adopted. The following officers were elected:—President, Hon. W. H. Herries; patron, Hon. A. M. Myers; vice-presidents, Messrs. H. H. Jackson, F. T. Murison, J. F. McCarthy. EH. Seager, J. H. Gunson, W. Elliot, H. F. Bolder, H. McNaughton, and F. Meyrick: club captain, Mr. T. Elliott; management cemmittee, Messrs. T. Daly, H. Martin and F. Williams; secretary and treasurer, Mr. J. Elliott; senior selectors, Messrs. H- Ms.rtin, E. H. Seager and T. Elliott; junior selectors, Messrs. J. W. Eaves, F. Williams and W. Bennett; auuitor, Mr. J. W. Eaves-, delegates to Auckland | Suburban Cricket Association. Messrs. W. , Pa-Liner, T. EUinV. and E. H.
