MOST OF THE CREWS SAVED.

Paris, September 12. The cargo steamers Villemosmagnem and Andes have been submarine. Sixteen of the crew of the former landed, and the Andes' crew were saved.
The Andes is a steamer of 15,630 tons, belonging to the Pacific Steam Navigation Company.
