THE RAID ON PARIS.

THREE PEOPLE KILLED

Wellington, August 30. The High Commissioner reports from London on August 29:

" On Saturday morning six enemy airmen flew towards Paris, but failed to attain their objective. They threw a few bombs in the outlying north-eastern suburbs. Two aged people and a child were killed.

'' The invading airmen were fired on en route, and were pursued by allied airmen. A German machine was brought down north of Senlis. the occupants were incinerated."'
