Rotterdam. August 29. The German propandagist campaign in Holland is bearing results similar to Herr Dernburg's campaign in America. The Dutch newspapers regard it as a mean action to steal and publish secret documents from the Belgian archives at Brussels. The general opinion is that the campaign has proved the absolute correctness of Belgian diplomacy.
