THREE YEARS' IMPRISONMENT.

A max, 2, years of ago, named James Eggenton, who had previously received reformatio treatment for breaking and entering and theft, came before Mr. Justice Cooper yesterday for sentence on a crarge of carnal knowledge of a girl vnder 16 years of age, of winch he had been found guilty. Mr. R. A.
